We are seeking a **Reliability Process Manager E2G II** to join the **E2G Maintenance Planning Management** team in **GUARIBA, SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Manage and develop the Predictive and Lubrication team; * Manage plant-level NR13 compliance; * Ensure the team executes industrial maintenance activities following safety guidelines and operational procedures; * Manage adherence to predictive maintenance routes and preventive maintenance plans; * Manage and allocate maintenance demands to the team with necessary resources for execution (predictive analysis tools, lubrication tools, etc.); * Monitor and conduct failure analyses using RFRACAS to eliminate root causes; * Lead weekly reliability meetings with industrial management and others as required; * Manage, distribute, and execute action plans for industrial processes (RFRACAS, Uptime, Loss Profile, and other proposed projects aimed at root cause elimination or performance improvement); * Conduct analyses of chronic failures/offenders using qualitative and quantitative tools; * Propose new maintenance plans, review and adjust existing ones; * Achieve key performance indicators targets within the industrial process; * Propose industrial improvement projects supported by reliability engineering; * Conduct improvement studies using reliability analytical tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields); * Experience in Maintenance within the sugarcane-alcohol sector and/or cellulosic ethanol is a plus; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Power BI is desirable; * Advanced knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and root cause investigation techniques is desirable; * Hands-on experience in Production and Maintenance environments; * Experience in asset management and asset dormancy is desirable; * Experience in Industrial Maintenance; * Experience in People Management; * Willingness to relocate and reside in the Guariba, SP region. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional steps may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completing this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
