Job Summary: Monitor logistics operations, provide operational support, and oversee real-time distribution routines, while also managing Customer Service protocols and controlling the inventory of assets. Control of inventory for technological assets Your mission will be to work in the logistics monitoring area. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your daily routine will include:** * Providing operational support and conducting real-time monitoring of distribution routines, ensuring timely cargo release; * Proactive route monitoring and handling of adverse events, such as unplanned stops, route deviations, excessive speed, and incorrect scanning; * Managing NPS and Customer Service protocols, addressing customer complaints, validating geolocations, and tracking redeliveries to reduce return rates; * Responsibility for controlling the inventory of technological assets. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need:** Completed High School education; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel (Intermediate level); Experience with SAP system is a plus. **Additional Information** At **Coca\-Cola Andina Brasil**, nothing is more important than our employees; therefore, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support a healthier and more fulfilling life.
