**What we’re looking for:** A professional to join our DHO team, performing capacity needs analysis, planning and executing training programs, and monitoring key performance indicators that guide strategic development decisions. **Responsibilities and duties** **Your day-to-day here:** * **Training Needs Assessment (TNA)** – Identify training needs in collaboration with managers; – Map competencies, skill gaps, and the cooperative’s strategic requirements; – Contribute to the annual development planning process. * **Training planning, organization, and execution** Responsible for the full cycle of in-person and virtual training, including: – Vendor contracting; – Room scheduling and infrastructure management; – Organization of coffee breaks, meals, and accommodation logistics; – Issuing and managing attendance lists; – Operational support during training events. * **Accountability and institutional relations** – Organizing and submitting documents, evidence, and proof for reimbursements; – Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and requirements; – Managing relationships with regulatory bodies and partners. * **Training monitoring and KPIs** – Developing, monitoring, and tracking training KPIs across concessionaires; – Building dashboards, traffic-light reports, and analytical reports; – Generating strategic insights to support decision-making. * **Learning platform management** – Extracting and analyzing reports; – Creating and updating user records; – Managing enrollments, cancellations, and other controls; – Monitoring learning paths; – Communicating and aligning with managers on training completion. * **Educational partnerships** – Developing and maintaining partnerships with academic institutions; – Expanding training opportunities for employees; – Supporting educational projects and initiatives. **Requirements and qualifications** **What you need to have:** * Bachelor’s degree in fields related to people development (e.g., Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related disciplines). * Analytical ability to identify training needs and interpret performance indicators. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative attitude. * Experience in training management, learning platforms, and report development. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **Additional information** **What we offer:** Competitive market-based salary; Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Private pension plan; Meal vouchers; Profit-sharing and results-based bonuses; Life insurance; Transportation vouchers.
