We offer innovative tools to optimize processes and improve organizational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Present quotations and negotiate the sale of parts and services. Accompany each stage of service delivery, keeping the customer informed through feedback at every stage along the customer journey, ensuring adherence to promised deadlines and proactively communicating any changes transparently. Enter all data into the workshop workflow and maintain service stages updated in real time, as well as all information relevant to the service. Invoice completed services according to negotiated terms and in compliance with company policies. Schedule passive appointments and ensure the process is executed with excellence. Serve customers in person or by phone, accompanying them until their expectations are fully met. Visit customers for business prospecting. Previous experience as a Systems Consultant, IT Consultant, Process Consultant, or Project Consultant may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor’s degree in progress.
