With this ongoing commitment to innovation and quality, we continue expanding our reach to deliver the best in diagnostic medicine to even more people. **Job Objective:** To receive, guide, and provide courteous and efficient support to patients, ensuring a humanized and organized experience from arrival through to the conclusion of service. The receptionist serves as the clinic’s first point of contact and plays an essential role in shaping the patient’s positive experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive patients in person, by phone, and via digital channels (WhatsApp, e\-mail, etc.) * Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments and examinations as needed; * Receive and verify personal identification documents and health insurance authorizations; * Register and update patient data in the system; * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area; * Assist in managing patient flow, respecting the order of service; * Escort patients to examination or consultation rooms when required; * Collect payments and issue receipts, where applicable; * Maintain confidentiality of patient information. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in reception, preferably in clinics or hospitals; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office); * Familiarity with scheduling systems is desirable; * Availability to work during standard business hours. **Work Model:** 100% on-site; Employment Type: Full-time CLT contract Compensation: R$1\.700,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Are you currently employed?
