Operate in a high-demand, high-volume environment. Design and facilitate group activities to enhance behavioral competency assessment. Monitor and communicate key metrics, such as time-to-fill (SLA). Previous experience as a Recruitment Analyst, Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR Consultant, or Recruitment Manager may indicate suitability for some aspects of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
