Restaurant seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Ribeirão Preto (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Assist in ingredient preparation (washing, cutting, chopping, seasoning). Support chefs in plating and finalizing dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment. Monitor basic food and supply inventory. Assist in food sanitation according to food safety standards. Support dishwashing and utensil cleaning. Follow hygiene, food handling, and safety protocols. Previous experience as Assistant Cook, Kitchen Helper, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
