Job Summary: The Construction Operations Analyst supervises and ensures the quality of construction activities, guides teams, safeguards site safety, and supports construction project management. As a **Construction Operations Analyst**, your primary challenge will be to conduct daily monitoring and verification of all activities in accordance with standards and projects registered in Autodoc, ensuring high-quality delivery; guide and supervise employees on correct execution methods for tasks as well as standard procedures per ETS, ITS, FVS; orient new interns by conveying daily routines and required tasks; support the safety department by raising awareness regarding the use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs) through training sessions, as well as assisting in safety inspections; support the construction site manager through conducting measurements, material requisitions, and supplier evaluations.
