PCP management and component flow control **Muraca Sports**, a company specializing in customized sports uniforms, is seeking a **Production Supervisor** to lead daily factory operations and ensure organization, productivity, and timely delivery. We seek a hands-on, organized individual with leadership capabilities who enjoys productive routines, possesses a sense of urgency, and focuses on results. Responsibilities * Organize and distribute tasks among departments: cutting, sewing, sublimation, and shipping * **Plan and control production (PCP)**, defining priorities and order sequencing. * Monitor daily production progress to ensure deadlines and quality * Drive team productivity with respect and discipline * Control component flow (internal and subcontractors/third parties) * Support organization of basic material inventory (fabrics, threads, yarns, and trims) * Identify process issues and act promptly to resolve them * Maintain an organized and functional production environment * Serve as the liaison between the production team and company management Important This is an **operational leadership position**. The Supervisor works directly on the shop floor, closely monitoring the team and ensuring efficient production execution. Requirements * Experience in garment manufacturing or apparel factories (minimum 1 year) * Experience leading operational teams * Organizational skills, responsibility, and sense of urgency * Proactive, hands-on profile * Proficiency with spreadsheets or control systems Preferred Qualifications * Experience in garment manufacturing. * Knowledge of PCP or production organization * Experience with productivity targets and metrics Job Objective Ensure production is **organized, delivered on time, and meets quality standards—every single day.** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$3.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
