Working with us means being part of a team that values **respect, commitment, and service spirit**. **Responsibilities and duties** * Attend to guest requests * Check vacant clean rooms * Perform cleaning and change linens in both vacant and occupied rooms according to brand standards * Perform Bed Turn Down and change linens on all departures and occupied rooms when necessary, following brand standards * Organize work materials: Cleaning products, Amenities, Linens, and others; carry out predefined scheduled activities * Carry out the Lost and Found procedure for items found in the hotel * Assist in area-related tasks (cleaning common areas and assisting in the laundry room) * Count and sort clean linens * Count and sort dirty linens * Distribute clean linens * Perform cleaning/linen changes in rooms **Requirements and qualifications** * Knowledge of **room and common area cleaning and sanitization techniques**; * Changing and restocking **linens, bed sheets, towels, and amenities**; * Ability to follow **cleaning standards, room preparation time, and cart organization**; * Understanding of **safe handling of chemical products**; * Ability to **inspect and report irregularities** (broken equipment, losses, lost and missing items); * Basic knowledge of **hospitality and housekeeping**; **Additional information** Medical Plan \- Hapvida Dental Plan Life Insurance Transportation Voucher Food Allowance We are a **hospitality services and solutions provider platform** for over 170 properties spread from north to south across Brazil, taking care of those who trust us through **unique experiences**, always in a **responsible** way toward the environment, our team, and the communities where we operate. **Together with you** and a diverse, inclusive team where everyone feels welcomed and comfortable being their true selves, we aim to become Brazil’s best hospitality operator — the one guests, investors, partners, and talents want to be with. **Shall we go forward together?
