Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree is desirable; * Solid experience in industrial maintenance, preferably with a focus on inspection and predictive maintenance of static equipment; * Knowledge of the mentioned inspection techniques (ultrasonics, thickness measurement, visual inspection, liquid penetrant testing); * Ability to interpret technical drawings and diagrams; * Willingness to relocate and reside in the Ribeirão Preto/SP region (Morro Agudo, São Joaquim da Barra, and/or Orlândia). YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct regular and systematic inspections on static equipment using specific diagnostic tools; * Apply methods such as ultrasonics, thermography, and non-destructive testing (e.g., ultrasonic thickness measurement or visual testing) to collect data regarding equipment integrity; * Analyze collected data to identify anomalies, wear, corrosion, or other signs of deterioration; * Diagnose potential problems and determine root causes of defects, even at early stages; * Prepare technical reports detailing inspection results, equipment conditions, and recommended actions; * Collaborate with planning and execution teams to schedule maintenance at the most appropriate time, preventing failures; * Comply with safety regulations (especially NR-13); * Support pressure vessel management within the facility, including inspection frequency according to pressure class. 2512040202181901498
