




Job Summary: Purchasing Assistant responsible for requesting and comparing quotations, issuing and tracking purchase orders, maintaining updated records, and collaborating with other departments. Responsibilities include assisting in requesting and comparing supplier quotations, issuing purchase orders and tracking delivery deadlines, maintaining updated supplier and product records, monitoring inventory levels and suggesting restocking as needed, supporting price, delivery term, and commercial condition negotiations, verifying and validating received fiscal documents and purchase orders, assisting in resolving procurement-related issues such as delays or discrepancies, maintaining organized and up-to-date procurement process records, and collaborating with other departments to ensure an efficient supply flow. Proficiency in intermediate to advanced Excel and Power BI is required. Salary: R$ 2\.300,00 \+ food basket, life insurance, food basket, life insurance, provided lunch and coffee with no discount, and transportation allowance.
