Job Summary: The Maintenance Operator performs operational activities at the facility, including cylinder compression and decompression, CNG refueling, compressor and PLC operation, system monitoring, and worksheet completion, strictly adhering to safety procedures. Focus on safety and operational compliance The Maintenance Operator will be responsible for performing general operational activities at the facility, specifically in the compression and decompression process of trailers equipped with cylinders, CNG refueling of trucks, hose connection and disconnection, line purging, valve opening and closing, correct operation of compressors and the PLC-based automation system, temperature and pressure monitoring, recording process data in worksheets, and providing real-time updates to the Control Tower. The professional must strictly follow safety procedures, use appropriate PPE, and ensure operational compliance with established internal standards. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES · Perform operational activities at the branch, including compression and decompression of CNG in trailers equipped with cylinders. · Refuel trucks with CNG, ensuring proper hose connection and disconnection. · Purge lines and compressors according to procedure and training. · Open and close valves in a controlled and safe manner per procedure. · Operate compressors and the PLC-based automation system, ensuring proper equipment functionality. · Monitor system temperature and pressure, identifying and reporting any anomalies. · Complete worksheets with operational data, ensuring accurate recording of process information. · Provide real-time updates to the Control Tower regarding operational progress, ensuring alignment and rapid response to potential incidents. · Strictly adhere to operational and safety procedures, using mandatory PPE and ensuring compliance with company regulations. · Support preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, contributing to smooth operations. · Identify and report operational deviations or the need for process adjustments. **REQUIREMENTS** · Completed high school education (technical training in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Automation, or related fields is preferred). · Prior experience in industrial operations, preferably in the natural gas, oil, fuels, or energy sectors. · Knowledge of natural gas compressor operation and automation systems (PLC). · Basic understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment. · Knowledge of occupational safety and regulatory standards (NRs).
