**Sales Assistant (Metallurgical Industry)** **Location:** Ribeirão Preto - SP || North Zone A growing metallurgical manufacturing company seeks a professional to provide customer support and order organization. We seek a **solution-oriented** profile, focused on accuracy and delivering results in daily customer interactions. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Multichannel Customer Service:** Provide clear and efficient in-person (counter), telephone, and WhatsApp support. * **Order Processing:** Prepare quotations and verify data requiring consistent application of **logical reasoning and mathematical calculations**. * **Demand Management:** Organize message and order workflows to ensure customer requests are completed promptly. * **Operational Support:** Assist with administrative tasks related to counter operations and shipping. **Profile and Requirements:** * **Proficiency in Calculations:** Comfort with basic arithmetic operations for quotations and measurements. * **Operational Proactivity:** Ability to independently identify and resolve departmental demands. * **Professional Communication:** Strong written and spoken communication skills to represent the company to customers. * **Organization:** Discipline to manage multiple concurrent service channels. **Additional Information:** * **Salary:** R$ 1\.912,00\. * **Meal Allowance:** R$ 450,00\. * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday. * **Working Hours:** 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:18 PM\.
