Job Summary: Quality Control Assistant to perform sample collection and preparation, laboratory analyses, record keeping, and product inspection. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of records and laboratory organization Food manufacturing plant seeks a Quality Control Assistant in Irati (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Perform manual sample collection and transportation, including bagged samples from production process points. Assist in sample preparation and execution of laboratory analyses according to internal procedures. Complete quality control records and monitoring spreadsheets. Conduct inspection of raw materials, production processes, and finished products. Support product release or hold decisions per technical supervisor's guidance. Comply with safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. Assist in laboratory, equipment, and utensil cleaning and organization. Previous experience as Quality Assistant, Quality Technician, Quality Analyst, or Quality Inspector may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
