Job Summary: We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (Mid-Level/Senior) to lead the development of a web-based operational management platform for education, with technical autonomy and a strong focus on execution and product vision. Develop features rapidly and with maturity * We seek a Full Stack Developer (Mid-Level/Senior) with a hands-on profile, technical autonomy, and proven delivery capability to lead the development of a web platform dedicated to operational management in the education sector. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong execution ability, real-world system development experience, product-oriented thinking, and maturity to prioritize deliverables effectively. * Key responsibilities: Develop the web platform; Architect the system's backend and frontend; Organize the product's technical foundation with scalability in mind; Build core user workflows focused on real-world operations; Participate in technical decision-making and delivery prioritization; Implement registration modules, permissions, dashboards, and operational routines; Implement simple data import functionality and administrative structure; Fix bugs, test workflows, and improve usability; Support the transformation of the product into a replicable and standardized platform. Desired Profile: Proven full-stack development experience; Ability to work autonomously; Experience with administrative and/or operational web systems; Practical product vision; Strong prioritization skills; Pragmatic, organized, and delivery-oriented mindset; Ability to build features rapidly; Maturity to work independently without reliance on large teams. Preferred Qualifications: SaaS experience; Experience with internal systems, ERPs, dashboards, or operational panels; Experience with authentication, permissions, and user management; Experience with data import/export; Experience with scalable architecture.
