Job Description Mission: Lead the maintenance team technically, balancing direct execution with operational management of mechanical, electrical, and calibration activities, ensuring asset availability and safeguarding company assets. Responsibilities:* Operational Maintenance Management: Lead activities related to mechanical and electrical maintenance, general installations, and instrument calibration, ensuring technical rigor in execution. * System Control: Administer and manage the work order system, maintaining up-to-date equipment registers and preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance schedules. * Planning and Control: Support planning, guide, and monitor field team activities to ensure proper service execution, full system functionality, and reduced failures. * Supervision Support: Collaborate with the direct supervisor in equipment reviews and in implementing/improving the maintenance control system. * Indicator Monitoring: Track service indicator (KPI) performance with coordination, supporting preparation and review of technical reports. * Asset Stewardship: Manage assets under your responsibility, ensuring tools and equipment are used correctly and safely.
