With this in mind, we seek an **Enrollment Assistant** to support recruitment, parent/guardian engagement, and enrollment processing—ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient experience. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Providing telephone and digital support to parents and guardians; * Managing new enrollments and re-enrollments; * Organizing and verifying documents; * Updating data in the system; * Supporting student recruitment and retention initiatives; * Providing administrative support to the school unit. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong organizational skills, effective oral and written communication, and proactivity. **Additional Information** Workload: 44 hours per week Inspira offers: Transportation allowance; Meal allowance; Health insurance; Auster; TotalPass.
