Join us!** ### **Responsibilities** * Develop, maintain, and evolve corporate systems using **GeneXus** * Conduct **technical and functional analysis** of requirements together with business areas * Develop **highly critical transactional applications** (credit, contracts, collections, back-office) * Create and maintain **REST/SOAP API integrations** with internal and external systems * Ensure application **performance, security, and scalability** * Address incidents and implement continuous improvements to existing systems * Document technical solutions and support validation processes * Collaborate with architecture, security, QA, and business teams * Adhere to governance standards, compliance requirements, and banking best practices ### **Technical Requirements** * Solid experience with **GeneXus (v16 or higher)** * Knowledge of **relational databases** (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL) * Experience developing **APIs and integrations** * Knowledge of **corporate application architecture** * Experience with **version control (Git)** * Experience in critical, transactional, or financial environments * Familiarity with **information security** (authentication, authorization, LGPD) ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in **financial institutions, banks, or credit finance companies** * Knowledge of **microservices or service-oriented architecture (SOA)** * Experience with **GeneXus Server, GAM, and Workflows** * Experience with **agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)** * Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar) * Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) ### **Behavioral Profile** * Strong analytical ability and sense of responsibility * Effective communication skills for interaction with technical and business teams * Organization, autonomy, and quality focus * Continuous improvement mindset and product-oriented vision * Comfort working in regulated environments with formal processes **Employment Type: CLT**
