Job Summary: The professional will deliver in-person theoretical training to apprentices, applying active learning methodologies and monitoring their development. Key Highlights: 1. Provide theoretical training for apprentices 2. Apply active learning methodologies in the classroom 3. Monitor the development and conduct of apprentices * Deliver in-person theoretical training to apprentices aged 14–23 across various knowledge areas; apply the institutional methodology; develop, adjust, and implement lesson plans, slides, interactive activities, and exercises; use active learning methodologies during sessions; track attendance; evaluate apprentices’ conduct and technical-professional development according to the institution’s competencies, among other responsibilities. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Pedagogy, Psychology, or related fields; * Experience delivering classroom instruction; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong interpersonal skills with youth; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: BRL 22.01 per hour Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
