POSITION OBJECTIVE** Ensure proper operation of machines, molds, peripherals, and other plant equipment through execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. **2\. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure proper operation of machines, molds, peripherals, and other equipment through electrical and mechanical preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, as scheduled and in accordance with internal checklists; * Assist in mold changes; * Identify spare parts requirements for equipment under one’s responsibility, request quotations from suppliers, and submit spare parts requisitions via SAP system; * Maintain updated management boards for areas under one’s responsibility, implement relevant action plans, ensure adherence to the maintenance plan, and propose improvements; * Perform inspection, operation, and corrective actions on equipment electrical panels, main low-voltage distribution boards (QGBTs), and substations; * Monitor utility equipment, follow specific procedures, and provide technical (electrical and mechanical) support during maintenance, as required; * Participate in the development and implementation of retrofit projects for equipment. * Ensure product safety through company-implemented GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices); report any incident that may impact product safety or affect the quality management system. **3\.
