Join us in multiplying happiness! **Responsibilities and Duties** * We are seeking a Contract Assistant to work in our Sales Office. The professional will be responsible for managing, drafting, and controlling sales contracts, as well as supporting the sales team and customers—ensuring all processes comply with company policies and applicable legislation. * Draft, review, and ensure formalization of purchase and sale contracts. * Monitor contract processing, ensuring all required documents are correctly attached and processed. * Maintain control and archiving of contracts and related sales documentation. * Assist in verifying customer information and data, ensuring all contract details are accurate and complete. * Provide support to the sales team and customers regarding contractual inquiries. * Verify compliance with contractual terms by both the company and customers. * Support preparation of addenda and notifications. * Monitor deadlines and processes related to sales completion. * Keep the contract management system up to date. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school (a university degree is preferred) * Prior experience in contract management or administrative activities * Knowledge of sales routines and commercial contracts (preferred) * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with various departments and customers * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word **Additional Information** * Work schedule: rotating 6-day workweek with 1 day off per week * CLT employment contract * Fixed salary * Transportation allowance paid via Caju card (mobility assistance) * Meal allowance: BRL 35.00 per worked day, paid via Caju card * Hapvida health plan (co-payment applies for services used) * Bradesco Dental dental plan * Life insurance * Work location: Pirenópolis - GO Since 2014, we have pursued a path of accelerated growth and today are a benchmark in the fractional ownership market.
