Network infrastructure management and documentation **Job Description:** ---------------------- Installation, configuration, updating, preventive and corrective maintenance of: laptops, monitors, workstations, printers, tablets, video conferencing devices, televisions, telephones, and related hardware; structured cabling, switches, patch panels, access points, surveillance cameras; power supplies, voltage stabilizers, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and generators; Windows or Linux operating systems and installed or embedded software; VoIP, VPN, and Wi-Fi; support to users/employees and to the technology resources provided by the company: providing technical support; delivering basic guidance; resolving questions regarding usage; assisting with application/software customization; ensuring all service requests and actions taken are recorded in the proprietary system used by the Technology Management Department of the Foundation.
