The company began operations in June 2020, investing in infrastructure works, signage, technology, human resources, and operational capabilities to serve users. The concessionaire administers 263.42 kilometers of SP-310 and SP-225 highways between São Carlos and Rio Claro, and from Itirapina to Bauru—highways already under concession for 20 years—as well as 958 kilometers of highways previously managed by DER (Department of Highway Engineering), including segments of SP-284, SP-293, SP-294, SP-331, SP-425, SP-261, SP-304, SP-308, SP-197, and SP-191, linking municipalities in the Bauru, Marília, and Presidente Prudente regions. The agreement signed with the São Paulo State government foresees R$14 billion in infrastructure and technology investments over the 30-year concession period. A total of 600 kilometers of highways will be duplicated, along with construction of shoulders, frontage roads, and bike lanes. The User Assistance Service (SAU) is already operational 24 hours a day along the entire stretch, providing emergency support to users.
