Perform analytical monitoring of finished products and critical raw materials, ensuring legal compliance. Provide training on alternative methods to production line operators and implement Self-Control Plans for equipment and analysts at the site, ensuring consistent performance. Promote improvement studies for areas of opportunity. Ensure adherence to internal and external procedures by correctly applying Nestlé Good Manufacturing Practices, fulfilling activities of the Quality and Food Safety Management System at the Araras factory. Maintain direct contact with all factory departments to ensure execution of planned monitoring activities. * Release/Block, creation of Info QM, and traceability; * Development and/or updating of Control Plans in SAP; * Development and/or updating of QMS or internal instructions; * Issuance of analysis certificates for released batches; * Management of non-conforming materials and/or materials nearing expiry; * Daily support to production lines regarding quality-related topics. **What will make you successful?** Mandatory: Currently pursuing or completed academic degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related fields. Desired: Prior experience in manufacturing environments.
