FHO is seeking a Receptionist to serve internal and external audiences, provide support, and perform system updates, following process flowcharts and schedules.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
You will \>\>\>
Perform reception duties for internal and external audiences, providing information and support, as well as carrying out system updates and registrations.
Your routine will include \>\>\>
* Serving internal and external audiences;
* Updating registrations;
* Filling out, issuing, receiving, registering, and archiving various documents;
* Following and executing process flowcharts and schedules.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Experience with Microsoft Office suite;
* Experience in administrative routines.

Working hours:
* Monday to Friday, from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM; Saturdays from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
