Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing corrective and preventive maintenance on civil, electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations, carrying out various repairs. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance across various facilities. 2. Repairs in masonry, painting, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing systems. 3. Equipment repair and material handling activities. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on civil, electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations. Carry out repairs involving masonry, painting, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing systems. Resolve potential equipment failures; perform material, furniture, machinery, and equipment relocations in accordance with safety procedures. Execute other tasks compatible with the requirements of the position. NR 10 and NR 35 certifications required. 1 year of prior experience in this role.
