Work in the food industry with a focus on good manufacturing practices **QUALITY INSPECTOR (2 openings)** São Carlos – SP **Responsibilities:** Conduct monitoring activities according to procedures described in the Self-Control Manual; Monitor production process stages, ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards; Identify, record, and report non-conformities, supporting the implementation of corrective actions; Prevent deviations, contributing to continuous process improvement; Ensure compliance with sanitary regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Experience in quality control, preferably in slaughterhouses or food industry; Basic knowledge of quality and food safety standards is a plus; Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive profile; Strong communication skills and sense of urgency.
