If you have a **data-driven profile**, are data-oriented, enjoy transforming information into decisions, are passionate about **continuous improvement, metrics, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration**, and dream of working for one of Brazil’s most beloved brands, **this opportunity is for you**. **Join us in awakening creative potential around the world!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Lead projects involving new equipment, automation, and production processes, guiding all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. * Ensure correct installation, implementation, validation, and operational release of new equipment. * Develop improvement projects aimed at increasing productivity, reducing costs, and optimizing workflow. * Design, validate, and optimize cosmetic production processes (liquid and solid). * Create and validate operational procedures, sequence operations, and define required resources. * Conduct time studies, work measurement analyses, standardize times, and propose rationalizations. * Perform line balancing, calculate Takt Time, and propose new production layouts. * Prepare and interpret technical drawings of equipment and 2D/3D layouts, proposing improvements in ergonomics, workflow, and efficiency. * Conduct cost simulations, feasibility analyses, ROI, payback, and operational scenario assessments. * Support the implementation of new products and materials, conducting trial runs and issuing conclusive reports. * Carry out equipment, raw material, and new process testing and validation, issuing technical reports. * Provide technical input for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. * Update production routings and ensure accuracy of times and parameters in the ERP system (SAP or similar). * Review and maintain technical documentation, workflows (DEP), specifications, and operational controls. * Act to prevent and reduce waste, promoting sustainable practices and continuous improvement. * Deliver technical training on equipment, production methodologies, and continuous improvement tools. * Serve as a technical reference for manufacturing, quality, and engineering.
