Compliance with safety regulations (NRs) **MACHINE ROOM OPERATOR** São Carlos, SP **Responsibilities:** Monitoring of compressors, pumps, and refrigeration systems (ammonia/freon); Support for preventive and corrective maintenance; Temperature, pressure, and humidity control; Operational checklists and records; Condenser cleaning and support for chamber defrosting; Operation and adjustment of refrigeration systems; Compliance with safety regulations (NRs). **Requirements:** High school diploma or technical education (mechanical, electrical, or related fields); Basic knowledge of industrial refrigeration; NR-13 certification is a plus; Experience in cold storage facilities is a plus. **Employment Type:** Direct CLT contract **Salary:** To be negotiated **Benefits:** Meals provided at the company (breakfast, lunch), food basket, health insurance: \- Unimed (co-payment plan); pharmacy partnerships, incentive program**.** **Work Schedule:** 12x36 shift rotation – 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
