You stand out if you have: * Knowledge of Office Suite; * High school and/or technical degree in Administration, Logistics or related fields; * Monitoring and control of third parties (waste collection); * Store and record the entry of Components and Manufacturing Materials into the warehouse, as well as pick and record their exits from the warehouse; * Supply the factory according to the supply flow at the point of use of raw materials; * Attend to and ensure user requests, timely providing requested materials and parts; * Forward documents for data entry to open and close batches; * Perform cutting of raw materials, separation of semi-finished materials and packaging to meet production orders; * Execute routines applicable to the process of requesting raw materials, manufacturing materials, consumables, components and semi-finished products; * Ensure warehouse inventory; * Identify, segregate and/or properly handle components, manufacturing materials, purchased/returned finished products, products returned from external services and received materials in general, complying with applicable procedures, records and controls; * Interact with other company departments, collaborating on improvements for internal customer activities; * Organize material storage to preserve their physical integrity and usability according to each material's characteristics, as well as to facilitate their location and handling; * Organize material cutting and separation areas, ensuring proper use of scales, cutting machines, tools, measuring instruments, and completion of routine maintenance records; * Carry out product dispatch to carriers/customers with proper documentation; * Enter relevant information into the computerized system for the Warehouse department (material receipt, release for storage and/or receiving inspection, deductions in Production Orders); * Receive and physically inspect all types of inputs, raw materials, and semi-finished products that will be used in the final product manufacturing and customer sales products (imported). 2511190202461875982
