All selection processes conducted by **JSL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Check and reply to emails received during the day; * Maintain frequent contact and support for drivers and carriers to ensure all registration, loading, and unloading requirements are met; * Provide support via WhatsApp, phone, and email; * Ensure achievement of daily and monthly targets; * Complete control spreadsheets and files. * Ensure suppliers comply with established operational procedures, agreed SLAs, and pre-established risk management prerequisites; * Contribute to the company's socio-environmental performance by collaborating and actively participating in matters related to environmental protection and occupational safety. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Availability for night shifts (10:00 PM to 6:48 AM). **Additional Information** You already know the traditional benefits—we offer those too.
