They also maintain kitchen organization and hygiene, as well as cleanliness of utensils and equipment, complying with all food safety regulations and good handling practices. Additionally, they perform proper portioning of meals, operate industrial equipment such as ovens, kettles, and griddles, support meal distribution, and report the need for ingredient replenishment when necessary.
