Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to join our technical team, responsible for developing, standardizing, and improving machining processes, including CNC and CAM programming. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the development and optimization of CNC machining processes. 2. Technical and operational support during the implementation of new processes. 3. Involvement in new product development and industrialization. We are looking for a professional to join our technical team and contribute to the development, standardization, and improvement of machining processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and optimize CNC machining processes; * Create CAM programs and support CNC programming; * Define machining strategies, cutting tools, and cutting parameters; * Develop and review process sheets and technical documentation; * Provide technical and operational support to the shop floor during the implementation of new processes and product manufacturing; * Drive continuous improvement, reduce cycle times, and increase productivity; * Participate in new product development and industrialization. **Requirements** * Technical, technological, or undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Experience with CAM programming; * Knowledge of CNC machining centers; * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings; * Knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, and machining processes. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in metallurgical environments; * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement; * Experience in industrialization of new products.
