With an experienced team, the company stands out for its efficiency and commitment to deadlines. **Responsibilities:** Manage contracts and documentation for outsourced teams, ensuring legal compliance and mitigation of labor-related risks and liabilities. Analyze, approve, and maintain updated service agreements, including renewals, amendments, and terminations. Validate and control company registrations and documents in the Autodoc system, including guidance and training for proper usage. Ensure contractor payment releases upon documentary verification and fulfillment of company requirements. Monitor documentary and operational compliance of third-party providers by conducting periodic audits and supplier history analysis. Report incidents, deviations, and risks to site managers, proposing corrective actions and blocks when necessary. Support managers and internal departments with information regarding contract status, documentation, deadlines, and contractor performance. Establish performance indicators (KPIs), develop internal policies and procedures, and promote continuous improvement in third-party management. Previous experience as Administrative Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Administrative Manager, or Administration Specialist may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
