




Responsible for developing and implementing customer relationship strategies, including managing the product and service portfolio, supporting business teams, and handling PA-related processes through marketing of existing portfolio products and services, as well as delivering financial advisory services focused on the cooperative member’s needs and the cooperative’s results, aiming at profitability and portfolio expansion, promoting service quality, efficiency, and standardization, achieving established targets, and offering product and service solutions aligned with customer expectations and loyalty within the assigned area of responsibility. Create value for the cooperative member, the community, and the cooperative. Manage the portfolio of cooperative members, striving to become their primary financial partner through consultative, transparent, and results-driven engagement, aiming to increase the Product and Service Utilization Index compatible with the target market. Foster relationships and loyalty, increasing business volume, expanding the range of products used, and minimizing risks. Achieve established targets by offering product and service solutions aligned with customer expectations. Ensure growth in the customer base in alignment with established business strategies. Monitor the evolution of the portfolio under responsibility, including product and service diversification. Ensure portfolio results and performance with short-, medium-, and long-term perspectives. Promote offered products and services—including their advantages and benefits—covering interest rates, terms, commercial conditions, and the unique value proposition of cooperativism. Provide personalized, high-quality service to portfolio customers to enhance retention and loyalty. Advise portfolio customers on financial matters. Support sales teams in business development, serving as a technical reference within the operational unit. Provide necessary data for analysis and decision-making. Ensure all approved transactions undergo analyses compliant with established policies and regulations, backed by guarantees appropriate to the nature of the transaction. Manage overdue collections to minimize cooperative delinquency. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement actions to achieve institutional objectives. Prospect new cooperative members and business opportunities to strengthen relationships with existing members and expand the cooperative’s reach within the assigned area. Ensure compliance with regulatory and supervisory authorities’ requirements and institutional policies. Participate in and contribute to the development of the commercial strategy. Guarantee excellence in service delivery and in the cooperative member’s experience.
