Assisting in organizing the workplace Waste Management Company seeks a Machinery and Equipment Operator in São Carlos. TGA Tech is a company specialized in technological solutions and innovation. It provides software development and IT consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Perform reception, classification, preparation, and supply of scrap metal and trimmings, including baling to subdivide scrap and maintain trimmings in dispatch-ready condition. Perform de-identification activities. Operate hydraulic press, mill, and forklift. Assist in organizing the workplace. Forklift experience required; minimum driver's license category "B". Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 00:20–07:00 / Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:48 (2 positions). Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT. Position based in São Carlos / SP. Tasks related to Machinery Operator \- Forklift routines. Previous experience as Machine Operator, Production Operator, Operations Technician, or Heavy Equipment Operator may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
