Job Summary: The Toll Collector will be responsible for manually collecting toll fees, assisting users on automated lanes, and signaling vehicles—connecting people and enhancing transportation efficiency. More than vehicles travel our roads—we connect people and energize cargo transportation across some of the country’s most important economic corridors. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **TOLL COLLECTOR**, you will be responsible for: * Manually collecting toll fees according to vehicle categories, by identifying, classifying, and serving users to collect the applicable toll fee; * Assisting users traveling on automated lanes in restricted passage situations, by verifying cases such as failed electronic device readings for compliant vehicles, blocked electronic devices, or absence of electronic devices—maintaining radio communication with the toll plaza control center.
