About the position: The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing support, managing the hiring of new talent, attracting and evaluating qualified candidates who meet the company's needs and requirements. Description: * Receive, organize, distribute, and file documents received via courier; * Schedule and monitor the Recruitment and Selection process with management; * Prepare and receive onboarding and offboarding documentation for employees and forward it to the Human Resources Management Department; * Assist and monitor the integration of new employees at the unit; * Forward benefits requests and track their expiration deadlines; * Handle certificates, attendance records, and vacation requests from employees; * Update data in the system (e.g., address, marriage certificates, birth certificates, among others); * Support the organization and execution of events; * Populate comparative data spreadsheets; * Support general procedures across all store departments. We are looking for people who have: * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with administrative tasks; * Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS); * Knowledge of current recruitment, selection, and competency-based evaluation practices. Behavioral Skills: * Empathy and active listening skills to understand candidates’ and managers’ needs and expectations; * Organization and time management to conduct selection processes; * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and cooperate with colleagues and managers from different areas; * Organization; Conflict management. * Where you will work: Paulistão Atacadista – São Carlos/SP.
