Job Summary: Assist in the kitchen with food pre-preparation, including vegetables, legumes, and salads—such as peeling, cutting, and grating—as well as juice preparation and maintaining workplace organization. Maintenance of cleanliness and organization of the workplace - Assist in the kitchen with pre-preparation of vegetables, legumes, and salads; - Peel, cut, and grate food items under supervision of your superior; - Prepare juices and stock refrigerators with beverages for restaurant use; - Select and wash vegetables and legumes for use in preparing restaurant, cafeteria, and dining hall dishes; - Keep your workplace clean and organized; - Perform other related duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor.
