




**Education and Knowledge:** * High school diploma (technical or higher education in Administration, Security Management, Technology, or related fields is preferred). * Knowledge of remote security operations systems, CCTV, access control, and monitoring. * Intermediate/advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, customer service platforms, remote control systems). * Knowledge of asset security, customer service, and team management is preferred. **Experience:** * Prior experience in leading operational teams, monitoring, or remote security operations. * Experience with shift scheduling, performance indicator management, and incident resolution. * Experience in customer service processes (call centers, technical support, or remote operations) is a plus. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee and ensure the proper functioning of remote security operations. * Manage the team and work schedules. * Handle incidents and ensure compliance with procedures. * Monitor customer service and performance indicators. * Serve as the liaison between clients and internal departments.
