




**Responsibilities:** * Financial entries and reconciliations in coordination with the Accounting Office; * Control of accounts payable and receivable; * Issuance of fiscal invoices; * Organization of documents and files; * General administrative support; * Support to the financial manager. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree is a plus); * Experience in administrative/financial roles; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * ERP or financial systems knowledge is desirable; * Application of the 5S methodology for organization. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance (VR) * Transportation Allowance (VT) **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from **7:30 AM to 5:30 PM**, with a **1-hour and 12-minute lunch break**.
