Collaborate integrally with partner departments (engineering, legal architecture, budgeting, construction, and BIM), ensuring technical alignment, process efficiency, and reduction of rework. Review, guide, and monitor projects developed by third parties, ensuring adherence to contracted scopes, technical quality, and agreed deadlines. Monitor construction sites and participate in technical meetings, conducting site visits, inspections, and project handovers, with a focus on continuous improvement and deviation resolution. Manage project deadlines, revisions, and releases, tracking workflow until approval for construction, supporting technical adjustments and providing feedback to involved departments. Bachelor’s degree required.
