Focus on service quality and customer satisfaction. **Technical Consultant / Vehicle Technical Handover Specialist** **Role Summary:** Serve as a technical service consultant and be responsible for the technical handover of new and used vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and proper vehicle operation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform technical handovers of new and used vehicles to customers, explaining features and usage instructions; * Serve as a technical consultant, clarifying questions regarding dealership services and products; * Inspect and advise on preventive and corrective maintenance; * Record handover and service information in internal systems; * Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction; * Support the after-sales team with technical customer requests. **Technical Requirements:** * Experience in technical vehicle handovers or technical consulting at dealerships or workshops; * Basic knowledge of vehicle operation and maintenance; * Valid driver's license (CNH); **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactive and communicative profile; * Customer orientation and results focus; * Organization and attention to detail; * Ability to work collaboratively. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.600,00 per month Work Location: On-site
