Scope Responsible for reviewing and processing biweekly and monthly payroll, ensuring payment of labor charges for all legal entities of Dentsply Sirona Brazil. Key Responsibilities * Perform additions, updates, and removals of payment items and deductions in payroll, ensuring compliance with current legislation (CLT and Collective Bargaining Agreement) * Monthly review of payroll changes; job title and salary adjustments, benefit deductions, payroll-deducted loans, sales commissions and bonus payments * Process bank payment files, ensuring accuracy in payments and adherence to monthly closing deadlines * Verify payroll-deducted loans on the government portal and record them in the payroll system * Review and process labor-related payments; FGTS, DCTF/IR, union dues * Monitor the monthly closing process with accounting, ensuring accurate payroll entries * Consolidate payroll reports and HR dashboards * Monitor and update, whenever necessary, policies related to payroll * Collaborate with other HR teams — Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HRBPs, and global teams — to identify opportunities for improvement in relevant processes * Handle employee requests via the ServiceNow platform * Employee support: provide assistance and answer employee inquiries regarding salary, benefits, and legislation Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields * Intermediate proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook) * Experience with ADP and/or other payroll systems * English and Spanish will be considered differentials Dentsply Sirona is an equal opportunity employer.
