Job Summary: Support Quality Department activities, contributing to process control, standardization, and continuous improvement, as well as compliance with applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in product inspection and complete non-conformance reports. 2. Collaborate in root cause analysis and action definition for non-conformances. 3. Contribute to the development and updating of operational procedures and standards. Support Quality Department activities, contributing to process control, standardization, and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with internal standards and applicable requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Product Inspection:** Assist in incoming raw material inspection, perform tests and trials, and complete non-conformance reports. **Project Implementation:** Support the Quality Management team in implementing departmental projects, ensuring scheduled activities and deadlines are met. **Non-Conformance Identification:** Assist the Quality Management team in addressing supplier and internal non-conformances, collaborating in root cause analysis and action definition to align processes with product specifications. **Process Improvement Collaboration:** Contribute to developing and updating quality department operational procedures, work instructions, and forms; assist in defining standards and support other departments to standardize company processes. **Training and Development:** Support the delivery of internal quality-related training sessions based on identified needs, helping disseminate quality concepts and promote employee awareness. **Deadline Compliance:** Contribute to updating quality department data to ensure timely provision of management indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * **Technical Competencies:** Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of ABNT NBR ISO 9001:2015 is preferred.
