Conduct all activities related to dredging operations, ensuring safe and efficient equipment operation, including inspections, operational adjustments, and daily refueling, for which the operator is 100% responsible. The operator is responsible for installing, assembling, operating, and monitoring the dredge and polymer system at all stages of the operation, guaranteeing production optimization and loss minimization. The operator must install the dewatering and drainage bed, as well as place and fill geotextile containers (Geobags), ensuring their stability and efficiency. In addition to operations, the operator is responsible for planning, assigning, and supervising the activities of general laborers, ensuring proper use of PPE, compliance with company technical, operational, and safety procedures, and adequate worksite organization. The operator is also required to drive a company or rented vehicle to transport workers to the site and obtain materials when requested or necessary. The operator must organize and request in advance all materials, supplies, and resources essential for carrying out activities, as well as prepare and submit daily Work Reports containing detailed descriptions of activities, incident records, supply needs, updated photos, and information on service progress. Finally, the operator is responsible for actively participating in mobilization and demobilization phases of dredging equipment and systems, ensuring correct installation, operation, retrieval, and proper storage of all resources used.
