Hotel General Manager

**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 5 days/week, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Managerial and Executive **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Oversee service contracts and in-house staff to ensure proper personnel management and staffing levels; Prepare the annual budget for financial management jointly with the Finance and Sales departments; Submit monthly performance reports on achievement of targets and expenditures previously approved by the executive board; Conduct scheduled daily inspections of service areas; Conduct scheduled daily inspections of all common areas of the property to ensure quality standards and presentation; Propose continuous improvements, cost-reduction initiatives, and new management models to consistently enhance customer satisfaction and improve operational results; Comply with, and ensure compliance with, all provisions of the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT); Be responsible for the correct use of all materials and equipment required for property promotion; Monitor the proper implementation of products and services related to the property’s brand; Review daily procedures with the front-line team to ensure customer satisfaction and process efficiency; Ensure compliance with technical standards and proper functioning of all equipment critical to safety, fire protection, and emergency evacuation routes; Maintain in-house and/or outsourced teams responsible for managing and maintaining essential building systems—including electrical supply, water reservoirs, elevators, as well as communication and leisure facilities such as telephone switchboards and cable TV; Monitor sanitary regulations concerning pest control, disinfection, environmental hygiene, and potable water reservoir cleaning; Promote, train, and oversee application of rules and regulations—contained in the Condominium Bylaws and Internal Regulations—to internal and external clients; Maintain records and minutes of meetings held by the Fiscal Council and General Assemblies; Hold regular team meetings to assign tasks, monitor targets, and guide workflow; Stay informed about incidents across all departments and follow up on their resolution; Read and respond to emails daily; Read and respond to entries in the Incident Logbook daily; Support the Social Media and Customer Relations Analyst in providing timely responses to posted reviews; And other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in a related field: Administration, Hospitality Management, Accounting, Tourism, etc. Postgraduate qualification is an advantage. Experience in hospitality and residential condominium management. Proficiency with operational systems for check-in, check-out, guest reviews, and other relevant software. Language: English proficiency is an advantage. Knowledge and skills in: strategic planning, budgetary analysis, human resource management, hospitality, and marketing. **Benefits:** Disclosed during the interview
