MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service, providing a positive impactful experience. Sales Area Organization: Ensure the sales area is always clean and organized, following standard operating procedures (SOP). This includes: * Table displays (neat folding of tables by size). * Rack displays (organization by size, with correct hangers according to product families and categories). * Daily review during store opening and closing, keeping the area tidy and free of clutter. Price Verification: Check that prices displayed on racks and shelves are correct and updated according to products, ensuring all items are properly priced. Fitting Room Restock: Return products to their proper places when customers decide not to purchase after trying them on. Product Pinning and Hanger Placement: Organize and ensure correct product arrangement, including pinning and placing garments on hangers. Merchandise Restocking: Restock merchandise daily according to sales and store needs, opening and unpacking boxes to ensure efficient replenishment in stock and sales areas. Cleanliness Maintenance: Keep the department clean and organized, including dusting tables and equipment with cloths, to ensure a pleasant environment for customers. Shoe Lacing: Lace shoes properly and organize them to facilitate display and visibility for customers. Fitting Room Schedule: Follow the fitting room schedule, checking and keeping fitting cabins clean after customer use. Clothing Ironing: Iron wrinkled clothes to ensure they are presentable to customers. Stock Organization: Maintain organized stock according to store needs, including arranging merchandise and hardware in internal areas. Equipment Management: Remove equipment from the sales area whenever necessary, especially in situations of low product stock. Merchandise Allocation: After merchandise receipt by the store inspector, allocate products either to the sales area or to stock, ensuring everything is stored correctly. Cashier Operations: * Register customer purchases at POS terminals. * Perform sales of additional items (suggest complementary products). * Process installment sales with interest (PCJ). * Sell financial services and insurance offered by the company. * Process merchandise exchanges according to store policy. Store Card Customer Acquisition: * Conduct internal customer acquisition for enrollment in the store card. * Conduct external customer acquisition by approaching people near the store to enroll in the store card. Performance Monitoring: Monitor daily store results and goals, constantly seeking to improve performance indicators.
