Job Summary: ENGEMON IT is seeking a Senior Support Analyst to provide technical support to clients and projects, including on-site assistance, troubleshooting, and system management. Key Highlights: 1. On-site technical support for end users 2. Support for Windows environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 3. Handling critical incidents and operational unavailability tickets **Opportunity:** ENGEMON IT is seeking a Senior Support Analyst to contribute to the technical support of our clients and projects. **Responsibilities:** * On-site technical support for end users. * Support for Windows environments. * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of notebooks, desktops, and peripherals. * Configuration and troubleshooting of printers, scanners, and network devices. * Support for videoconferencing equipment (meeting rooms). * Handling critical incidents and operational unavailability tickets. * Support for VIP users, including home support when required. * Support for Active Directory (user creation/modification, permissions, groups) and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint). * Implementation and support of Group Policy Objects (GPOs). * Work with Intune (device and policy management). * Field-based diagnosis and resolution of issues (troubleshooting). * Technical documentation of support activities, procedures, and operational standards. * Compliance with SLAs, OLAs, and information security policies. **Requirements:** * Experience in large-scale Service Desks with high ticket volumes; * Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365; * Ability to work collaboratively in teams; * Proactive and communicative attitude. **Benefits:** * Collaborative work environment; * Access to training and professional development; * Safe and welcoming work environment; * Medical and dental assistance; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * TotalPass.
